Fishing
The Fishery consists of three well stocked fishing lakes set in nearly 14 acres of beautiful countryside. Fishing is exclusively for holiday guests.
We have carp up to 32lb in the carp lake and two mixed lakes either side consisting of

Fishing Rules
- An Environmental Agency rod Licence is required.
- Please limit your number of rods to two at busy times on the lake. You may use more rods at less busy times at your own discretion, please respect the other anglers.
- Barbless hooks only.
- No keep nets.
- No fixed bolt rigs.
- No peanuts, Tiger nuts or high oil pellets as these can cause Health problems for the fish.
- No particle baits such as seeds, nuts or beans as these are exceedingly difficult to digest and slow down growth rates.
- Always use an unhooking mat and return fish back to the water quickly and carefully.
- Night fishing by prior arrangement only.
- Please do not move fish between the lakes.
- Children to be accompanied at all times.
