There is a minimum deposit of 30% per week (non-refundable) to be paid within 7 days of booking, the balance is due 4 weeks prior to arrival. If you have to cancel your holiday, please inform us immediately as you could otherwise be liable for the full amount if the vacancy cannot be let to another guest.

Accomodation may be occupied from 3pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.

Pets:
Well behaved dogs are welcome for a small surcharge provided that they are not allowed on the beds or furniture. Under no circumstances must they be left unattended in the accomodation. Dogs must be kept under strict control and are not allowed to wander on their own.

Leave the A30 at Okehampton and continue through the town to the traffic lights. Go straight ahead up the hill with the castle on your left and turn right at the top of the hill onto the A3079 signposted to Holsworth & Bude. Follow this road for approximately 10 miles until you come to Halwill Junction. Go through the village and as you leave it you will see Springfield Meadows on your left.
